Biography
Sonjaly provides valuation, forensic analysis, and transfer price analysis research services in the following areas: industry trends and outlook, national and international economies, local and regional economies, search and selection of guideline publicly traded companies, search and selection of guideline merger and acquisition transactions, search and selection of intellectual property comparable uncontrolled transaction (CUT) data, federal and other regulations and statutes, judicial decisions, valuation and forensic accounting literature, and financial and capital markets data. She also manages our Portland research library and office operations.

Prior to joining the firm, Sonjaly was an equity trading assistant at Munder Capital Management
